Amber Hamilton, MSPAS, PA-C, is an experienced and compassionate physician assistant specializing in gastroenterology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University, where she also completed advanced clinical training in family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, women’s health, behavioral health, general surgery, and emergency medicine. She previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Memphis at Lambuth, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Radiography from Jackson State Community College.
Amber has worked extensively in both outpatient and hospital-based gastroenterology, managing complex digestive and hepatology conditions including IBD, IBS, GERD, cirrhosis, and hepatitis. She is skilled in procedures such as Fibroscan interpretation and CRH hemorrhoid ligation, and she is experienced in coordinating biologic therapies and endoscopic care. Before becoming a PA, she built a strong medical foundation as a CT and X-ray technologist, serving in both emergency and primary care settings.
Known for her detail-oriented approach, clinical versatility, and dedication to patient education, Amber strives to empower patients to take an active role in their digestive health.
