Ashley Burton is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in gastroenterology. Her journey in healthcare began when she earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Jackson State Community College. Ashley’s commitment to advancing her expertise led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville.

Ashley’s passion for patient care is evident in her diverse nursing background where she specialized in areas including gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiac step-down care. While Ashley initially began her Nurse Practitioner career in surgery, her longstanding interest in gastroenterology led her to Skyline Gastroenterology, where she now applies her extensive knowledge and experience to providing comprehensive care for patients with digestive health concerns. Her combination of specialized training, diverse nursing experience, and genuine compassion for patient care makes her a valuable asset to our team and the community.

Ashley resides in Lexington, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling and quality time with her family.
